Ewing’s Sarcoma of Rectum – A Rare Case Report

A 16-year-old male presented with constipation, acute retention of urine and abdominal swelling associated pain. Per-rectal examination revealed painful growth in lateral anterior wall rectum 4cm from anal verge. X-ray erect abdomen was done which showed Indistinct bowel gas pattern suggestive Intestinal obstruction. Diversion transverse colostomy view intestinal Investigations large well defined exophytic heterogenous lesion arising normal CEA levels. Biopsy small round blue cell tumour positive for Pan CK CD99. He planned 6 cycles Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) VAC IE followed by reassessment local therapy adjuvant 8 IE. received Definitive radiation 45Gy 25 fractions 3DCRT. After completion therapy, he more TATA memorial hospital. We present this case report, due to the rarity Extraosseous Ewing’s sarcoma (EES)of rectum.
